Placing the bedroom in a niche like in this home is such a smart and space saving solution. Granted, only a small bed fits, but this is the most useful use for this beautiful niche with exposed bricks anyways and it saves a lot of space which can be used for a larger living area.

Apart from the smart layout, I also like the color palette of the grey (and beige in the kitchen) walls combined with black and grey furniture and pops of muted red tones.
