The natural textures, wood surfaces and details match so well with all this bright lightness.

Me too, this mix works so well and it’s so easy to move things around because everything automatically matches together 😉

I’m also a huge fan of white + natural materials combination and always admire an all white homes. Recently I have thought a lot about painting some of the walls in my home in some shade of grey (which used to be a little bit more colorful), but now when I started painting I couldn’t resist painting also those in bright white! I think it’s the result of looking all those beautiful light and airy homes :)

Hi Anu, I had already replied you, but the comment didn’t save apparently. I think I would also go for all white in my new home. These grey walls look very nice if you have a lot of light, but with the dark Berlin winters I think it’s not such a great idea 😉

  10. Hi Sarah, I really like your designs, etc. I’m an artist living in England who often uses chic rooms to showcase my artwork.
I wondered if I could use the photo of the White sofa with fur draped over to showcase a new series of artwork I’m creating in Black and White. Please can you let me know thanks so much – lesley. website –
