This turn-of-the-century home has been decorated in a characterful way, with a rich palette of materials and a vintage collection of furniture and accessories to make the look complete. The rectangular dining table in front of the window is surrounded by two beautiful vitrine cabinets which are used to display a collection of accessories and glassware, but they also visually separate the dining and living area.
The subtle cool tints in the dining area are enhanced by the blue velvet sofa in the living area, which has been decorated with a beautiful mix of textiles, and art prints. The doorway has been fitted with a custom-built bookshelf going all around it, which adds so much coziness to the space. In the kitchen, I especially like the mint green accent wall which is the perfect spot for a small bistro table. The oak wood chairs combine perfectly with the shelf on the wall and the green in the plants and in the small art prints finishes this look off perfectly.
