Alma club is a members in Stockholm club that aims to unite Swedens creative crowd. It is built in the former Beckmann’s design college (once a sewing factory in the early 1900’s) in the heart of Stockholm.
While designers Tham & VidegÄrd covered the whole building with co-working areas and creative spaces, my favorite is the restaurant in the old industry hall which is covered with custom wooden cabinets and green fishbone tiling on the floor. The soft green color of the bottom of the space combined with the wooden furniture makes this space look very warm and cozy, which is not usually easily achieved in such a space.
