Danish kitchen design brand Reform has just recently released their new design UP, which was created in collaboration with Lendager group – the architect company that has the exclusive rights on using surplus wood from the Dinesen flooring. They specialize in spreading the circular economy in sustainable buildings around the world. Dinesen produces customer-specific solutions, which generate large amounts of residual wood. The UP kitchen design is created of cuts that are leftover after supplying floors to e.g. galleries, restaurants or mansions.
The design itself is very minimal and the simple lines truly let the high quality materials shine. The Up kitchen fronts come in white oiled and dark oiled wood and I love that the entire kitchen is made out of the same material (look at the detail of the wood flowing over into the sink).
