I have been trying trying out a few new beauty products in the last months, which I have loved during the colder months and thought I would share my favorites. While temperatures are rising, the heating is pretty much on all the time so I focus on hydrating my skin and hair. It’s important for me that my products look great in the bathroom as well, and create the perfect wellness bathroom where I can feel at ease and wind down at the end of the day.
Aesop Parsley seed antioxidant serum* – A lightweight formulation with a complex blend of anti-oxidant rich ingredients. This serum gets me the exact amount of hydration, not too little, not too much.
Aesop Fabulous face cleanser* – A mild olive-derived cleanser boosted with purifying and hydrating botanicals to cleanse gently without stripping.
Iris Hantverk Brush* – Crafted from smooth beech wood and manufactured by Swedish Iris Hantverk by visually impaired craftsmen in Stockholm.
Arket Oakmoss perfume oil* – A small roll-on bottle great for travelling with a deep and earthy scent with fresh spicy tones, perfect for the colder months. Perfume oil is softer to the skin than alcohol-based fragrances, which is a great plus as well.
Arket hair scrunchie*– Great for adding that extra to your hair, without effort. I love that these are a trend and will get them in more colors to match my outfits.
The tablet is from H&M Home*, however I can’t seem to find the exact one on their website anymore.
Munkholm bar soap – I have been trying these handmade soaps and love the way they give a subtile scent to the bathroom.
Hydrophil Tootbrush – Made out of bamboo which is compostable after use, one less thing that will go in the trash.
Aesop Toothpaste and Mouthwash* – just gave these a try because they were in one of the travel cases I got. I will save them for travelling though, they are the perfect mini size.
Japanese Hand towel – Love the subtil dot pattern and the soft textile, for sure one of my favorite towels so far. I’m thinking of getting the bath towels in the same pattern as well.
Le Labo lip balm* – I always put on lip balm after brushing my teeth. I think it’s a great habit as otherwise I would just forget it throughout the day. This vegan formula is rich yet not sticky and it has a great smell.
Le Labo Shampoo* and Conditioner* – The shampoo is made with Macademia to nourish and the Conditioner acts as a moisturizing balm for ultimate shine and smoothness, exactly what my hair needs in winter.
Aesop Room Spray – Comes in a set of three minis, great when you want to try out different scents and I just love the look of the mini size as well.
Iris Hantverk Bath brush* – made from horse hair and maple wood. The knob lays in your hand perfectly and the hairs provide a soft exfoliation which I like to do once a week.
Arket laundry basket* – Woven from jute and the perfect size for my laundry. The handles are great too as you can easily carry the basket to the washing machine.
