Without painting any walls, this living room looks stylish, has lots of textures and has a cozy and characterful look. The white curtains and sofa (it’s Söderhamn from Ikea), combined with the grey area rug and the minimal white coffee table* set the stage for darker elements like the warm velvet armchair and the deep colors in the painting above the cupboard.
