Blue accents in my bedroom

Those of you who follow my on Instagram might know that I’m in a blue phase. It started with a little candle and then went on to more interior accessories. Blue has always been my favorite color in my wardrobe, so it’s kind of logical that I like it in my home as well. I love how those touches of blue combine with beiges and warm wood tints like I did here in my bedroom.

The basis for this fresh summer bedroom look ist the blue lamb wool blanket*, which is made by Klippan in collaboration with Arket. I don’t sleep with a duvet in summer and just throw over a blanket when it gets chilly at night. The two speckled porcelain cups* are handmade in Portugal and I love their texture and subtile shape. The speckled look also comes back in the pitcher*, which I’m using as a vase for my dried flowers at the moment.

I combined this fresh blue summer look with my own prints that have a more warm palette: The Kamut art print and the Crinkled no.2 art print. I think it balances out all the cool blue tones.

This post was made in collaboration with Arket, who gifted some of their beautiful products.
