This beautiful turn-of-the-century Swedish home is decorated delicately, with subtle industrial touches throughout. I love the big black bookcase with the ladder which goes over the entire living room wall. It adds such a statement to the living room and is the perfect spot to display decorations.
The layout and planning of the flat are very open, with a curtain separating the guest bedroom from the living room and an open-plan kitchen with a big wooden dining table, black bentwood chairs, a subway tile backsplash, and two big industrial lamps as a light source in this area. The door next to the kitchen, which I assume is the entry to the bathroom, has custom-made shelving above it, which makes for optimal use of this space.
The bedroom and guest bedroom are decorated with soft colors and classy elements and a small office space is placed in the guest bedroom as well. I love the subtle green wall color in the bedroom, which complements the beige in the bedlinen and beige linen curtains* and contrasts nicely with the brass wall lamps.
