I usually try to make a selection of pictures to upload here on the blog when I see a home that really inspires me. I try to only pick out the pictures that really speak to me and for this beautiful Swedish home, I had so much trouble making a small selection (so be prepared to scroll down and see many pictures). Every angle of this home is just as inspiring as the next and the combination of accessories, textiles, and art prints is done so nicely.

The living room looks so balanced with the beige and white curtains going wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling. Those frame the big windows in such a lovely way and enhance the beautiful dining table and chairs. I absolutely love the vintage cabinet against the wall, which adds such a warm touch to the otherwise lighter wood of the flooring. The white fabric sofa is paired up with a beautiful fiddle fig tree and a lovely gallery wall. In the corner, you can find another vintage piece that adds character to this area.

The kitchen is composed out of black cabinets on the bottom and white ones on the top so that it doesn’t look too heavy. The two cabinet colors are connected with a subtle white subway tile backsplash. An old doorway has been transformed into a beautiful shelf and underneath the window, a seating bench has been built out of the same material as the bottom cabinet fronts, creating a cozy breakfast nook with a side table. The white countertops finish the look of the minimal white cabinets nicely.
