This beautiful sun-lit apartment in Sweden has so much character and personality and it’s mainly because of the fresh green kitchen with laminate countertops, which shines in the open-plan living area. The green cabinet fronts combine so nicely with the white tiles and I love that the cabinets are planned mainly on the bottom for a lighter look.
The neutral color palette combined with green tones is similar to that of this sage green living room, yet it’s the kitchen rather than the walls in this apartment that carries all the color. The combination with the white tiles on the walls makes the sage green look crisp and clean, while if you combine the sage green cabinets with a warmer palette like in this apartment, you get a look that is much warmer overall.
In between the living area and the kitchen, you can find a cozy round dining table. The light oak wood of both the table and the chairs softens out the green of the kitchen and the light color of the flooring. The living room is very cozy as well and through those beautiful sliding doors, you can find the kids’ room, which has been painted in a darker green color that complements the color palette of the kitchen.
The bedroom has been painted in a deep blue, which looks cozy yet dramatic and I love the way the wardrobe has been painted in the same color for an integrated look. The same color palette can be found in the built-in wardrobe module in the hallway, which has an open hallway module with a lovely bench and a paneled wall treatment.
