This beautiful loft home in Sweden (photographed by Adam Helbaoui, sold via Innerstadsspecialisten) has an impressive black metal window that provides the entire apartment with an abundance of natural light. On the other side of the loft, you can find a kitchen with a loft level on top containing the bedroom, which can be accessed by the beautiful black metal staircase next to the sofa.
The loft features a wide array of custom storage modules that were designed when remodeling this place to optimize storage and functionality on a relatively small floor space.
A living room with an impressive window and a ceiling-high custom storage solution
In the front section of the loft space, you can find the living room, which is decorated in an elegant, minimal way. The white fabric couch on top of the large white area rug paired with the white walls provides a beautiful light base palette that is enhanced with black accent pieces to complement the majestic black metal window.
The impressive ceiling height in the living room section is accentuated by the impressive custom bookshelf that includes closed storage modules on the bottom, integrated LED lighting, a home library, and a spot for the TV. I think this is a true masterpiece in the space.
The round mirror above the sofa reflects the space in an elegant way, while the Monstera plant adds a fresh pop of green to the setting.
A minimal sage-green kitchen that continues towards the entryway
Underneath the black metal loft level, you can find a beautiful sage-green kitchen module. Right behind the black metal staircase, you can find the tall kitchen modules including the fridge and electronic appliances. These tall cupboards have a white finish and transform into an entryway storage section right next to the front door of the loft.
The sage green kitchen cabinets are paired with a matching kitchen wall color, a tick white marble countertop, and elegant metal hardware.
The beige stone dining table paired with the light grey Series 7 chairs connects the kitchen with the rest of the living space.
A loft bedroom with a natural color palette and a home office corner
The bedroom is located on the second level on top of the kitchen, right underneath the beautifully curved ceiling the building architecture provides. The grey rug that covers the entire loft floor is paired with a light grey custom hardware that fits perfectly underneath the lower ceiling.
The bed is made with a mixture of white and beige textiles and two beautiful portable lamps on the bedside tables that match the color palette perfectly.
A floating desk right next to the bedroom wardrobe provides a small spot to work from home, without taking up too much surface in this loft home. I think the desk fits perfectly in between the wardrobe and the railing, blending in with the addition of the black table lamp, black chair, and the set of black and white prints decorating the wall.
A minimal beige tile bathroom
The soft beige tiles on both the floors and the walls in this bathroom provide the space with an elegant setting from which the chrome fixtures and white porcelain stand out.
Custom built-ins make for sample storage space in this loft home
The elegant solution of combining the kitchen with entryway storage is paired with a beautiful custom walk-in closet that seemingly provides a spot for everything in an elegant way.
