I’m so happy to finally announce to you that there is a new collection of eight prints in my shop since this morning. The one you see in the pictures here is the ‘Natureza Morta’ series, depicting the leafs of different plant species on a dramatic black background. Every print has a gold foil stamp detail indicating the Latin name of the plant, the order, family and genus. You can see these and all other new prints in my shop.

Amazing built in window shelf

I love this built in window cabinet a lot. By building a shelf right in front of the window, the heating can be integrated (behind the grid), more window sill space is created for adding plants and a low bookshelf offers space for objects and magazines. I would love one of these to hide away our heating in our home.

Light flooded home with a dark kitchen

The natural light flooding through the big windows in this home looks amazing and makes the white walls very bright. The warm wood kitchen with brass handles contrasts very nicely with these bright white walls. The marble countertop gives this kitchen a more chique look and I like how the module fills the entire wall.

This is the latest interior project by Lotta Agaton for BTH Bostad. I like the combination of the historic elements in this mansion combined with modern and vintage furniture pieces. I’m amazed by the amount of light that is flooding through those windows as well. It must be a dream to live here.

I like the soft and natural color palette of this home. It’s very light but at the same time it gives a little bit of an autumn mood. The artwork on the walls matches this look very nicely and I like the cork pinboard on the desk in the bedroom as well, which pairs up very elegantly with the chair and the color of the bed sheets.

I’m always so inspired by these cool DIY projects for the home but have to admit that I barely ever take the time to do one myself. This cube table on wheels created by Pella Hedeby is pretty cool and I just wanted to share it. Maybe some of you are inspired to make one or maybe I’ll do one in the future, who knows. You can see the instructions for this beautiful table on Pella’s blog.

Soft look with beige accents

Beige is definitly a color that is making a comeback in interiors these days and I love the soft look it gives to a space. A lot of beige tints are used in this soft looking home, including the bedroom walls, which are painted in a beige/grey mixture. I haven’t introduced a lot of beige in our home yet, but I think I will start by adding a beige linen table cloth like on this dining table, to try out this look.
