I follow Lotta Agaton’s work for a long time now and am always intrigued by her styling abilities (like many of you, I’m sure). I blogged about her home (and her previous home) a few times already, but since it’s for sale now, I just couldn’t not share these pictures. I’m so curious about her next home and look forward to see her create every little corner in a unique and characterful way.

I love the way these marble tiles are placed in this black and white kitchen. This niche gives depth to the backdrop and makes for the perfect shelf as well. Combined with a black surface and brass details, this look becomes even more interesting.

This bedroom in grey looks super cozy and inviting. I like the combination of the different tints of grey with the warm wood of the door and behind the wall of the bed, a storage space is smartly hidden.

I like the minimal look of this home. The living room in powder tints looks very soft and chic at the same time, while the dining area brings some black contrast pieces to the space.

This is such a stylish kitchen and living room combination. I like the marble backdrop in the kitchen which continues all the way to the ceiling. The round dining table with the black wishbone chairs is space saving and adds a nice contracts to this space.

This is a simple, but stylish home with a fresh and cozy look. I like the black accents that pop out of the predominantly white furnishings.

We went for safe grey and black in our kitchen, but I’m always drawn to the more uncommon choices as well. I like this kitchen in mint green, combined with a marble worktop and a white tile wall. The copper railings on the tiles to keep utensils match this mint color very well.

The kitchen is the heart of this modern home with concrete flooring designed by Larissa Johnston architects. The kitchen module is made fully out of plywood and extends into built-in storage and a stairway all at the same time.

Plywood, concrete, and stainless steel kitchen

The combination of the warm plywood, with the cool concrete flooring, and the stainless steel countertop and backsplash results in a fresh, modern, and interesting combination. The kitchen module is built all the way up to the ceiling, which allows for ample storage space.

A white dining area

Since the plywood kitchen module itself adds a lot of texture and warmth to the space, a white dining table combined with white CH24 wishbone chairs works wonderfully to complement both the plywood and the concrete flooring.

A plywood home office

When you walk up the stairs behind the kitchen, you are greeted with a custom-built plywood desk solution with integrated storage for documents. This module complements the stairs and kitchen module in a lovely way and I love the way it has all been integrated into one cohesive design language.

This home has a nice contrast of a sleek and minimal kitchen with leather and marble accents and the a dining area with a dining table of reclaimed wood and vintage chairs. I like this combination of different styles.
