Last weekend I did another Fantastic Frank styling in a beautiful Friedrichshain apartment. The space was big, light and had the cutest balcony (where you see me poring some tea in the first picture).

For this project I worked together with the German furniture company Conmoto (they have a nice showroom in Berlin if you are around and want to have a look). They often work together with renowned designers like Werner Aisslinger – of whom you can see the Pad table and Chairman chair in the workspace. He won a red dot design award for this collection earlier this year. The couch and coffee table in the living room are designed by Marie Schmid-Schweiger. I like the effect of the strong clean lines of the furniture against the soft wooden floor and the old windows.  The ladder in the living room is a DIY project from here I have been wanting to try out, but never had enough space for in our own flat.

In the workspace I combined the fresh Pad collection with an old type writer, the Milk lamp designed by Norm for &Tradition and the lovely leather straps designed by Mathilda Clahr. I have been playing around with those in my own home and like the endless possibilities of these hangers. I’m already thinking about where to hang them next.

I kept the bedroom quite simple since it was so nice on its own already. To accentuate the details of the ceiling, I hung up the gorgeous Bergman Light. You can shape the lamp however you like it and add any kind of E27 bulbs you like – a real eye catcher in a tall space like this one !

In the kitchen I placed an &Tradition raft chair (also designed by Norm) in front of a very simple table, in combination with the beautiful kitchen textiles from Saana Ja Olli and some Vipp ceramics, which made it all a little bit more playful.
