New in, Plisse by Hay

post

I needed a folder to organize all the papers for our finances and I went with the Plisse folder from Hay. I’m quite happy with it. You can place the folder open and organize your files, or just open it and use it as a design element in your office.

Cube House – minimalist interior to the extreme

post

I wanted to show you this minimal Cube House by Shinichi Ogawa & Associates. I like minimalism a lot, in the sense of carefully selecting the items that you do and don’t need in your house and keeping them to the minimum. Even though that this Cube House is a bit much for me (or should I say a bit less?), I think the lines and styling of the house are so intruiging.

Monochrome hallways

post

A hallway is the first room people see when entering your house, which is why I think it’s quite an important room. As I’m in love with everything monochrome these days, here my four favorite monochrome hallways.

Breakfast Love

post

I love breakfast. I could sit on the breakfast table forever, just talking, drinking coffee and enjoying all the tasty breakfast food there is. I’m one of these people that could eat breakfast food all day and often try to make my own bread. The oven and the fresh smell of the homemade bread instantly puts a smile on my face. The perfect start of the weekend for me. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend as well !

Gubi

post

At Gubi, they see themselves as treasure hunters. Curiousity, courage and intuition are key components of their success. Design is all about discovering gems and following your instincts. It involves traveling, searching and finding long-lost remnants from the past as well as contemporary, cutting-edge designs from new artists on the horizon. The result is an eclectic, intercontinental collection that blurs the lines between the past and the future.
