The well known Korbo wire baskets are now also available in brass (my personal favorite) and copper and for this occasion Sara Widman styled these beautiful interior setups to present them.

Love this beautiful styling by the talented girls from April & May for FEM home, which includes one part of the Palm print set from my shop. Pictures are taken by Wendy van Woudenberg.
Handvärk is a new Danish brand which designs and produces beautiful furniture handcrafted out of steel, iron, brass, marble and leather of the highest quality. Emil Thorup, founded the brand because he found himself missing an alternative to the incredible wood-skills the Danish are so famous for, in which other natural materials could be the cornerstone of the design. I think the clean lines and excellent exhibition of the materials make for stunning pieces and an elegant, timeless look.
Muuto just released their Fiber chair in a black version and I’m completely in love with both the lines of the design and the way it is styled in this picture. The chair is 100% recyclable and designed by Iksos-Berlin.
I love these colors in this styling made for Rum magazine, by Gitte Kjaer. The perfect early autumn colors. I also really like the stoneware coffee maker designed by Mette Duedahl for Muuto, such a statement piece for the breakfast table.

The third stop on our Danish design tour was a visit to the Royal Copenhagen factory, where all porcelain is crafted by hand and hand painted by some very talented painters with extremely steady hands. We were invited to paint our own Blue Fluted Mega cup in the factory as well, which was very, very difficult. I’m really curious about seeing the result after it is baked and will show you here on the blog as well.
Muuto just released the Grain lamp, designed by Jens Fager. It stands out in it’s simplicity and is created from a mix of bamboo grain and plastic composite. This production technique makes for an interesting surface and texture. I would love to see it up close, but for now these stylish mood pictures are also very nice to look at.
There is something about a perfectly set table isn’t there ? I love these settings by Broste Copenhagen for their new catalogue. The muted colors go so well with the gold cutlery (which is so lovely isn’t it ?) and the different textures.
I love the muted colors in the new pictures from the Autumn/Winter collection of Broste Copenhagen. I’m still very much in the summer mood of course, but these pictures make me look forward to using winter colors (dare I say).

The series 7 chair designed by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen is now available in a monochrome version. I love how the orange looks against the blue bed and the soft wood floor.
