Höst restaurant by Norm Architects
Norm Architects did an excellent job designing this beautiful Scandinavian restaurant. By using using recycled wood, industrial lamps and modern design elements, they succeeded in combining the traditional Scandinavian coziness with minimalism. The tableware collection was designed especially for the restaurant. Reclaimed wood is used throughout the interior to create rustic yet contemporary atmosphere.
“We tried to see if we could find a balance where the interior, the dinnerware and the food told the same story, without it being too old-fashioned or too much of a theatrical backdrop,” said designer Bjerre-Poulsen.
