I love playing with the details to give my interior an updated look. It’s amazing what a little bit of rearranging can do to a space. In my dining area, I hung up my Black Beach art print and combined it with a little flower and two new Confetti vases from Arket (gifted). I’m using the small one* for a little battery powered tea light and the big vase* for some pampas grass. I love the texture on these vases and think the combination of the clear and white glass looks so great for spring.

I’m in love with this Swedish home, which is a little dark and moody because of the grey walls and the dark wooden furniture, yet also has a certain lightness over it because of all the beautiful natural light coming in through these windows.
Both the living room and the bedroom have been painted in a darker grey wall color, which works well in those rooms because of all the natural light they get. The hallway has been kept lighter, which makes sense because it’s the darkest area in the home and it has these beautiful distressed walls, which also makes it a great eye-catcher.
The light sofa and area rug in the living room brighten up the area in front of the window, which contrasts so nicely against the vintage wooden table combined with a mixture of black chairs. The beautiful arrangement of art prints covers the entire wall behind the table, which is a beautiful feature that adds lots of character.
The bedroom is small, yet fits the bed exactly and the window sills are used as a bedside table, which works well I think. The bed is made with these beautiful chequered bed sheets* and the white linen curtains* in front of the window dims out the light just slightly for a more dreamy look.
Last week I started an online interior advice service and I have been busy with my first two projects, which has been so exciting ! It has been a true pleasure to work on the design of your space with you and I appreciate your trust and support, especially in these difficult times !
In addition to the ‘Design my space’ package, I now have the ‘Design and plan my room’ package available on my website as well, which is a full design of your room. After I get the first info from you on your preferences, challenges and budget, we will hop on call (or email conversation if you prefer) to plan out the design direction of your room and I will plan the layout, furniture pieces, accessories and color direction for you. At the end you will receive a personalised pdf document with which you can carry out the design of your room. I look forward to help making your home work for you !

I have been working on this for a long while and now it’s finally here: my online Scandinavian interior advice service. After many of you had requested to design their homes or spaces, I finally made a website where you can book my interior design services online.
Considering recent events and the effects of the COVID-19 on all of us (please stay safe and stay home to save others !) I debated wether this would be a right time to start a new project like this. But then I thought this is actually exactly the right time to introduce something like this. Now more than ever we should create homes that we feel well in and that reflect our tastes and personality.
You can let me help you Design your space and I will come up with a design that reflects your taste, inspirations, preferences and budget. You will receive a document with my personal advice for your space, which includes a mockup of your redesigned space, a list of products that fit within your budget (this can be accessories or larger furniture pieces), general color advice according to taste and my personal suggestions and recommendations to design your space.
I look forward to helping you shape your space and make it a place where you can feel well !
