Curtains are still missing here, but this is my favorite corner in my living room currently. I love changing the decor on the side table here and this area just gets so much sunlight it’s also where my plants work nicely.
Having a coffee addiction is something I need to work on (at least to reduce the amount to just two cups would be nice) but it does give me the oportunity to shop for the cutest coffee essentials like this cute HAY porcelain cup and saucer*. I love collecting coffee cups and really enjoy drinking my coffee in something different every day. It makes drinking a hot beverage more like a ritual and something to really enjoy.
A few weeks ago I got so proud about hanging up the pinboard in my office all by myself only to find out a few days later (when spring weather hit Munich) that it would be way too much of a sunny spot to get any work done in summer. I had to move my desk to the other side of the room, where it works nice as well. I wonder how long it will take me to move my Ferm Living pinboard* this time. It just works so well above my desk and I love just looking up to see my task list or inspiration board.
Spring is around the corner and I’m getting the spring cleaning bug already. I just moved into this apartment and it has just been renovated, so I don’t need to deep clean but it can use some serious organisation and decluttering already.
It got to try out the Eufy RoboVac 30c* and this little robot really helps me to keep my floors clean all the time. I hate it when I spend time vacuuming and the next day I can see dust. I can program it with my phone and set cleaning times whenever I’m out of the door, so easy !
If you are thinking about getting a little helper for spring cleaning as well, Eufy is having a 15% discount on their website* only until tonight !
Starting the week of right with a breakfast at the table rather than munching on something at my desk. It’s so much nicer to eat at the kitchen table, glad to start the week like this !
I have wanted one of these wooden peg rails since forever, but never got around to hanging one and I’m so happy I finally did ! The one you see in my bedroom is from Iris Hantverk (sold at Arket)* and is made out of birchwood. Iris Hantverk products are made by hand by visually impaired craftsmen in Stockholm, which I think is so cool. I love their brushes as well and am eyeing their bath brush* at the moment.
With spring around the corner I have also made a slight update to my wardrobe. In this weather, you still need warm clothes, but I got so tired of all the black and grey in my wardrobe that I got this colorful blue wool scarf* and a nude leather crossbody bag.
In my interior I like to keep things in a very neutral color palette, and this goes in line with what I’m wearing most of the time, but I like to add a little more color in my wardrobe then in my home. How about you, do you dress in the same style as your interior ?

Moving things around in your own home is so much fun and it’s the perfect way to get a new look instantly. I love it and makes me explore new color palettes and texture combinations.
I don’t have many vintage pieces in my home, but the ones I do have I cherish very much. I found these coffee cups and saucers on a flea market and I love the little gold detail on the border, it’s so elegant.
I like to re-arrange this corner in my living room and love the current darker botanical setup I have going on here. I framed the Paeonia Officinalis art print, which matches perfectly here with the black marble mycs sideboard and the Louis Poulsen Panthella mini lamp.
Still so much in love with my Alocasia plant I bought for the new apartment as well. It’s standing right in front of the window there so it gets all the light it needs to grow !

I’ve made some tiny changes in my living room and added some more beige and wood tints to this corner. Love how a change of print, small objects and textiles can have such a great effect on the mood of this room. I’m always moving things around in the house (now especially because this apartment is still new) and love to find new settings and atmospheres. How do you guys do it, do you always keep things the same or do you move things around every once in a while ?
