This morning I woke up to the sound of the beautiful Beolit 15 in all black and I feel so ready to tackle the busy week ahead. I’ve been trying out this B&O speaker for about a week now and am so impressed with the sound quality. It fills the entire room with my music and I take it along with me on the grain leather handle when I move to another room (it goes wherever I go). With the BeoPlay app you can personalise the way your music sounds as well, which is pretty cool.

The design by Cecilie Manz is impressive and I fell in love with the all black version the minute I took it out of the box. So now all that’s left is to do is to find some good music to tackle my to-do list with, any recommendations ?

I basically have coffee the entire day (I know, not such a good habit) and keep refilling my cup. The Stelton EM77 designed by Erik Magnussen moved it into our home and this classic piece in the new lavender color is keeping my coffee warm all day.

A little touch of spring inside, while outside it’s still winter (when is spring coming please ?).

Still in the process of unpacking everything here in our new home and finding a place for everything, but I hope to soon show you some more pictures.

We are still getting our home in order, so this is a picture from our temporary home. The City Hall table clock from Arne Jacobsen moved in with us and I can’t stop looking at this classic piece by one of my favorite designers. When you move your hand over the top, the light goes on, so I think I will soon be moving this piece into our new bedroom.

After five years in Berlin, we decided to go explore a new German city and move to Munich. I’m super excited and can’t wait to start our lives here. We found a place and will move in very soon, so I’m looking forward to be sharing some new home pics to you in the coming weeks ! By the way if you have any Munich tips for food, coffee, design or anything noteworthy, I would love it hear them.

A pre-Christmas breakfast, just the two of us, before all the festivities.

Here in Germany, there is a wonderful Christmas baking tradition going on and people make the most delicious treats around this time of the year (actually way earlier already, I’m late). I kept it simple and just made a batch of gingerbread man. It certainly made our home smell like Christmas !
