Bellocq Tea Atelier by Anne Williams

There is something about fall that makes me want to cuddle up in the sofa with a soft blanket and a warm cup of tea. I don’t necessary like the temperatures changing and the rain that usually comes with fall, but I love this cozy, warm feeling that fall brings. Anne Williams was able to catch this cosy feeling in her photo series at the Bellocq Tea Atelier. I think her pictures are marvelous and I instantly turned on the water kettle to make myself a cup of tea this morning. Hope you are all liking fall as much as I enjoy it, happy Friday everyone! New Muuto catalog

One of my favorite Danish design brands is Muuto. I got pretty exited this morning when I found out they have a new catalog ! The gorgeous pictures are taken by Petra Bindel, she did such a good job ! I love the soft colors, combined with naturals (as some of you might have noticed from my previous posts). I definitely want to buy more Muuto stuff after seeing this colorful delight.

A Touch of Pink by Line Klein

I love all pictures made by Line Klein, but the ones below, where she combined different shades of pink with neutrals are my favorite ones. They are so pretty and delicate, it’s exactly the right amount of pink to make it look soft and pretty, Line Klein is a very talented lady ! Painted Porcelain

I painted this white plate with a blue porcelain marker. It works great. This make me consider buying a whole white set of dishes and personalize them all !

DIY neon & wood pendant

When I saw this wooden bead necklace tutorial at “A girl who makes”, I couldn’t resist making one for myself. I like simple necklaces, so I choose to make a single wooden 20mm bead on a thin faux-gold chain.

I bought the wooden bead and a pink neon paint at a local craft store here in Berlin. I already had a chain (it had a very ugly heart pendant on it, which I removed).

I’m very happy with the results and I like how the neon pink stands out on a plain white or black shirt.  I still have some wooden beads left, so maybe I’ll try painting in other colors.
