I bumped into this light filled appartement (penthouse) the other day. Who wouldn’t want to live here ? I love the fact that part of the construction is shown and this is really brought to the attention by keeping all walls white. The colored objects and prints accentuate the white walls and the many lines they make throughout the apartment and make it a vibrant place to live.

This is the home of Hanne Berzant, designer and owner of By Nord. These pictures give me a winter feeling, but at the same time, they beam warmth and coziness. Actually  I think many of the By Nord products also have this style. You can see that the owner of the house has a great sense of Nordic aesthetics. Today I wanted to show you this modern nomad house. It’s not usually the style I like for a home, but this one has such a great balance I’m drawn to it. It has so many gorgous details around the house, which makes it a very special place. I think you have to be really carfull with the colors, it can be easily too much, but here the balance is perfect. The big windows bring in a lot of light, which reflects on all the different colors and materials. This home was featured in Elle Decoration, found on 79 ideas.
