Kinuta terrace is the result of the shared design values of Norm Architects and Tokyo based design studio Keiji Ashizawa. They both have a love for material richness and timeless appeal, which shows in this beautiful terrace home designed for ReBITA inc.

This beautiful home is located in a residential area of Tokyo, in a mutli-story apartment building featuring a green courtyard with a garden passage. The changing of the colors of the trees, such a big event in Japan, is visible through the big windows and reflected on the glass top of the coffee table. The designers focused on the connection between landscape and interior space and harmonized materials for interiors, details and furniture to meet the desires of urban dwellers to return to nature.
