Majestic home with green elements

This beautiful turn of the century Swedish home looks pretty majestic and is renovated in a way that really highlights the historic features of the building. The panelling on the walls, the mouldings on the ceiling and the beautiful door and window frames were matched with a mix of timeless and classy furniture and a series of high-quality built-in storage solutions that match the style of the architecture.

The custom-made kitchen has a muted dark green color, with marble and brass finishes and even though the space is small, it makes optimal use of the layout. The adjacent home office has a simple desk and wall shelf attached to the wall and I love the way the color of the kitchen comes back in the wall color of the office like a red thread.

The dining room is the area in this home with the most beautiful historic details, so decorations in this space were kept to a minimum to really let the historic details shine. The living room has been painted in a beautiful sage green, which makes the original white and brass fireplace stand out in such a lovely way. The built-in custom cabinets are painted in the same color as the wall to make them blend in, which is a nice touch as well.
