I like the cozy and characterful look of this living room and even though the color palette is quite modest, the mixture of different textures and materials makes it interesting. The living area is filled with a beautiful light area rug, which makes everything that stands on top pop out in a way, especially the darker walnut wood of the armchair legs and the black coffee table because they contrast so much with each other.

The grey of the sofa is warmed up with tints of beige in the variation of pillow cases* on the sofa and the beige and black combination comes back in the painting on the wall and in the various other accessories spread throughout the space.

On the other side of the living room, there is a space for a small home office, which fits the style and color palette of the living room in a nice way and connects both areas.
