23 Kitchens with white oak cabinets

post

Light or white oak cabinets are timeless and neutral in design, yet a great alternative for plain white cabinets when you want that little extra without going too bold. Natural or white oak gives a kitchen a subtle warm look that has a sophisticated appearance that can be varied by combining it with different materials for the counter, walls, and backsplash. Since oak is one of the most durable woods, you don’t have to worry about your kitchen being timeless in both quality and design.

Depending on the grain patterns visible in the white oak cabinetry, the oak wood can be modest or more intricate in design. Below you can find my selection of the most inspiring kitchens with white oak cabinets.

White oak kitchen cabinets for a light look with black accents

The white oak kitchen cabinets add a minimal and Nordic vibe to this kitchen design that is centered around the long kitchen island in the middle of the space. The beige limestone countertops and backsplash complement the white-pigmented solid oak cabinets perfectly, while the black accessories and pendant lamps add a lovely touch of contrast.

The white oak comes back in the bar stools underneath the kitchen island as well, which makes them blend in with the kitchen design.

Even though the tick marble countertops on the kitchen island are the main focal point in this contemporary kitchen design, it’s the white oak flooring combined with the natural oak on the kitchen cabinets that add all the warmth to the space.

The white oak dining chairs complement the look perfectly and the brass details in the lamp add an elegant touch. The oak is complemented with white cabinets for extra storage that doesn’t take up a prominent space visually.

While the light oak cabinets are the perfect wood choice for this beautiful kitchen, the power of this look lies in pairing the cabinets with a variety of different wood tones. The marble on the countertop and the white and grey tones add a cooler tone to the setting.

White oak cabinets combined with black elements for a rich and contrasting look

The white oak combined with the black modules in this beautiful kitchen is something I have never seen before. Both the countertops and backsplash as well as the upper part of the lower cabinets fronts are made out of black stained wood, which adds a beautiful contrast to the design.

The upper cabinets have a separate module for glasses that can be lowered from the backside, which is a perfect way to utilize the back of the cabinets where everything gets lost.

Add Texture to make your White-Stained Oak Cabinets Unique

The white oak cabinet doors bring the interior design of this modern kitchen to another level. The door styles contrast wonderfully with the grey marble countertops and the copper dishwasher front. Above the counter, the grey and copper tones come back in the beautiful art print on the wall.

I love the way the modern white oak cabinets pair with the red oak herringbone flooring for a unique play between materials that results in a versatile appearance. The straight lines of the paneling on the kitchen cabinets contrasts with the natural veining on the marble and with yet another pattern on the hardwood floor.

Add a Minimal Aesthetic to your White Oak Kitchen Cabinets for a Modern Look

The minimal white oak cabinet doors in this modern kitchen have an integrated handle for a minimal look and feel. The natural wood grain of the cabinets pairs beautifully with the black faucet and the lighting above the kitchen island.

The dining table and chairs are made out of wood tone that is a few tones lighter, which pairs well with the white pendant lights hanging above it. The countertop and backsplash are made of a grey stone material that balances out the natural wood tone on the kitchen cabinets and pairs well with the flooring.

19 Inspiring white kitchen cabinets with black countertops

post

A kitchen with white cabinets is such a timeless design choice that you see in many homes and you really can’t do anything wrong with this combination. A clean and minimal white kitchen can look boring to some, and fresh to others, yet if you combine the white cabinets with black countertops, you add a certain contrast that makes the design of your white kitchen much more interesting.

I have recently written a post about the most inspiring white kitchen ideas, and a post about black kitchen ideas as well, yet I thought the combination of white cabinets and black countertops deserved a post of its own as it’s such a great, contrasting combination that can add such an impressive amount of character and personality to your kitchen design.

White shaker cabinets with black countertops and a checkered floor

The contrast between the white cabinets and the black countertops in this beautiful shaker kitchen is enhanced even further by the checkered floor in black and white. The impressive black stove and the black pendant lights also contribute to the balanced contrast, and the light grey paint color on the walls softens out the look.

The u-shaped layout of the white cabinets goes over into a lower area in front of the window, which has dual functionality as storage combined with a seating bench. On the opposite side of the kitchen, you can find high storage cabinets and the glass front cabinets next to the stove give the layout a lighter look. The recessed stove is treated with a tile backsplash, for an elegant effect.

Balance Out Contrasting Dark Countertops with a Subtle Beige Wall Color

Dark countertops in a kitchen with white cabinets will undoubtedly result in a strong contrast, especially if the color palette in the entire kitchen space is black or white. In this beautiful Ikea Bodbyn kitchen, the white soaped wood floor and the white subway tile backsplash contribute to the high-contrast look, making the dark countertops stand out.

To balance out this black-and-white contrast, the walls of this kitchen with white cabinets are painted in a subtle beige tone. This results in a soft color palette, from which the stainless steel appliances stand out.

The off-white painted walls, white-soaped hardwood floors, and white ceilings in the apartment form the perfect backdrop for the contrasting black kitchen cabinets with chrome hardware in a subtle shaker style.

The limestone countertops add a lot of warmth to the look and the single row of black cabinets has been completed with white cabinets on the walls for a lighter and more balanced look. The open shelving and small black pendant lights finish off this elegant look perfectly.

Black cabinets on top and bottom

The black cabinetry in this kitchen has been planned out on the top and the bottom for a look that’s a bit more on the dark side, yet because of the contrast with the white walls and the white marble countertops the result is contrasting yet elegant.

The black cabinets show a bit of wood grain and are paired up with black hardware for a tone-on-tone look. The distressed dining table combined with the metal dining chairs adds a bit of a rustic industrial touch to the space, which contrasts nicely with the sleek modern look of the tick marble on the counters.

A black kitchen with stainless steel appliances for an industrial kitchen look

The concrete beams and pillars give this space an industrial appearance already, which is enhanced even more by the use of stainless steel in the kitchen design. The combination of the lower cabinets and the kitchen island works well in this niche corner and upper cabinets are used solely in the darkest area of the space, where natural light is scarcest.

The white floating shelving next to the stainless steel hood adds an elegant touch to the subway tile backsplash that goes all the way up to the ceiling and the metal bar stools strengthen the industrial look even more.

Matt black cabinets combined with a white shiplap backsplash

The sleek modern look of the matt black cabinets in this small and narrow kitchen combined with the white marble on the counter, the white backsplash made of shiplap, and the beige limestone treatment on the wall and sloped ceiling make for an elegant and interesting look.

The black cabinets are combined with black hardware and black wall lamps for a tone-on-tone look and narrow white cabinets are used in the more narrow section of the kitchen providing extra kitchen storage in a compact space without overcrowding the layout.

Black shaker cabinets with stainless steel appliances and open shelving

This black kitchen has such impressive design details combined. The shaker-style black cabinets combined with the exposed brick wall, stainless steel appliances, gold hardware, and wall-to-wall open shelving have such an impressive effect on the space.

The natural light coming in through the windows creates a soft reflection on the semi-matt black cabinets and the white shiplap backsplash adds a bit of a farmhouse touch to the interior design of the space.

A minimal black kitchen with white countertops

This kitchen belongs to interior designer Elisabeth Heier and is the perfect example of how black cabinets can work in a minimalist kitchen design. The matt black kitchen cabinets have an integrated handle in the front and the exhaust is built into a white casing to match the color of the walls.

The black cabinets stand out so nicely against the soft oak hardwood flooring and the white backsplash wall and the black comes back in the faucet and the dining chairs as well for an integrated look.

A penthouse kitchen with black cabinets

A penthouse is an ideal spot for a black kitchen, as they usually tend to get an abundance of daylight. The layout of this beautiful kitchen has been meticulously planned around the sloped ceilings and the black cabinets are paired up with a beautiful marble stone on the counters and on the kitchen island.

The cooking space has been integrated into the marble kitchen island and the sink has been placed in an area with a lot of ceiling height. Both places allow you to stand comfortably, while storage functionalities (like the wine cooler) and other appliances are located underneath the area with a lower ceiling.

Black kitchen with leather pulls and a black wooden countertop

This kitchen has a lot of character and personality because of the leather pulls and the vintage dining table, however, the kitchen module itself has a very minimal look. The wood of the black cabinets comes back in the same wooden countertop for an integrated effect.

The kitchen layout has been planned in an L-shape by the wall to allow additional functionality in the rest of the room of this small apartment. Note that the upper cabinets are white, for a lighter appearance.

Black cabinets with a visible wood grain and a subway backsplash

The layout of this black and white kitchen with a subway tile backsplash has been planned in such an elegant way. The kitchen cabinets are also used as window seat which is filled with a variety of throw pillows. Almost the entire wall has been filled with low cabinet modules, with the exception of the hood which is cased in white fronts.

On the side of the room opposite the window, all the full-height cupboards are located for extra storage, and rather than having all-black cabinetry, a lighter look has been achieved with white kitchen cabinets on the other wall.

The impressive Vertigo pendant above the island is a real focal point in this kitchen and adds a sophisticated look to the space. Though at first glance these kitchen cabinets seem to be black when you take a closer look at the pictures you’ll notice they are a very dark grey. The impressive height of the kitchen highlights the ceiling height of this beautiful loft and you can see there is a ladder rail installed to reach the top kitchen cabinets.

Black cabinets with a visible wood grain in a living kitchen

The visible wood grain in this kitchen with black cabinets gives an elegant texture to the kitchen, which consists of lower cupboards exclusively for a lighter look spread out over two main modules: one with the sink and one with the cooking space.

The black cupboards that form the kitchen island are open on the back, turning the kitchen into an open bookshelf on the side of the living room, which is a great solution for a living kitchen.

The light beige walls are enhanced by the beige limestone countertops and the stainless steel hardware with the cognac leather detail finishes off this look perfectly.

Matt black cabinets without hardware and black marble countertops

The black kitchen cabinets in this spacious kitchen don’t have any hardware, which gives them a very clean and minimal look. The black marble countertop and backsplash accentuate the dramatic effect the black cabinets have on the space even further and the contrast with the white paint on the wall is impressive.

The large black cabinets on the wall flow over into low cabinets that are made into a beautiful seating bench by the dining table and the island module in the middle completes the look perfectly.

Black kitchen cabinets wrapped around a corner for an interesting and contrasting design

The layout of this black kitchen is uncommon, yet by continuing the kitchen layout and wrapping it around the wall corner, an extra worktop is created and the kitchen visually appears bigger.

The black kitchen cabinets are combined with chrome hardware with leather details and a beige limestone countertop adds a warm touch to the black and grey palette of the cabinets and the wall color. The small black pendant lights finish the look of nicely and I love the floating shelves on the side of the high cupboards for the little clipboards as decor.

Black kitchen cabinets with white marble countertops and an uncommon layout

The layout of this kitchen is quite intriguing. Rather than placing the kitchen island in one line with the other black cabinets, the design choice was made to place it at an angle, which works nicely for the flow of the space.

post

Choosing white cabinets for the design of your kitchen is probably the safest bet you can make when you want a kitchen that is timeless. When you pick out a high-quality kitchen and opt for a white color palette, it can last for years to come. You can always update the faucet and the hardware to give it a slightly updated look over time when needed.

While it’s probably the safest choice, it doesn’t mean a white kitchen design has to be boring. Below you can find my top picks of kitchens in white, ranging from a traditional to a more modern kitchen design, from custom cabinets to Ikea models and many different layouts to be inspired by.

My top 26 favorite white kitchen cabinet ideas

Minimal white cabinets with black hardware and marble countertops

This well-designed, minimal white kitchen is built inside a turn-of-the-century apartment with intricated details in the architecture. The crown moldings, curved windows, and herringbone hardwood flooring are toned down by the subtle interior design of the kitchen.

The white marble on the countertops and on the impressive kitchen island with the built-in gas stove is a true show-stopper in this large kitchen.

No upper cabinetry is used throughout the design, yet a large module has been placed on the wall opposing the windows. The black hardware and faucet contrast with the white cabinetry, which also comes back in the ceiling lamp and the ceramic vases on the counter.

Off-white shaker kitchen with a limestone countertop and a breakfast bar

Rather than going for a crisp white, off-white cabinetry can often have a softer effect on the interior design of a kitchen. The white wall color combined with the dark wood flooring and the beige limestone countertop has a very warm effect in the kitchen that has been toned down by the chrome hardware and the stainless steel hood.

The corner layout of the kitchen offers a lot of storage space on a small surface, while the kitchen island offers the possibility of a breakfast bar.

look

The classic cabinetry in this off-white kitchen designed by Lotta Agaton doesn’t have any cabinet hardware, which makes this sleek design minimal yet classic. The layout consists mostly of lower cabinetry, which is enhanced by a minimal floating shelf above the sink.

19 Sage green kitchen cabinets for a subtle, fresh look

post

Sage green is a perfect color for a kitchen, as it’s a color variation that is more exciting and interesting than a grey or white paint color, yet it’s not as daring and you can still achieve a calm, classy, and serene look in your kitchen. I personally love sage green as a paint color choice and you can go light or slightly darker with the color palette according to your preference.

Below, I selected and listed my top picks of inspiring kitchens with sage green kitchen cabinets and I even added some tips down below for those of you who are looking to give your current kitchen a new sage green paint color.

A classy shaker kitchen in a deep sage green

This gorgeous shaker kitchen has deep sage green kitchen cabinets that combine wonderfully with the wood tones in the white-soaped flooring and the bentwood dining chairs. The white marble countertop contrast so nicely with the country green kitchen cabinets and the grey wall color and I love that the countertop continues in a backsplash behind the stove and sink.

Upper cabinets are only used to integrate the exhaust and in the area above the sink which lightens up the otherwise moody sage color palette.

While sage green in the kitchen can look very fresh and clean, in this kitchen the wooden countertops really warm up the color palette. Part of the upper cabinets consists of open shelving made out of the same material as the countertops, which is a nice touch that comes back on the back of the kitchen island as well.

How to find the best sage green for kitchen cabinets

Don’t have the opportunity to remodel your kitchen yet you still want to have a sage green kitchen? You can always use a paint color on your existing cabinets and give them a little makeover.

To achieve a lighter sage green look on your kitchen cabinets like in some of the examples, go for a muted green like Mizzle from Farrow and Ball* or Guilford Green* by Benjamin Moore. Cromarty Farrow and ball kitchen cabinets are worth a try as well if you are looking for a muted soft effect.

If you are looking for a bold, dark effect, go for a darker green paint color like Pewter green from Sherwin Williams, which pairs up nicely with warm woods and metals.

To find the true green that matches your kitchen space, always work with a sample of the sage green paint colors to see how the color pairs up with the natural lights and existing materials in the space. If you find the right shade and tone, you will love sage green as a kitchen color.

21 Inspiring kitchens with blue kitchen cabinets

post

Blue is such a modern and trendy color for a kitchen and you can find this cool color tone in many creative kitchen examples. Blue kitchen cabinets can lift up the design of any regular kitchen, or a more subtle blue kitchen island combined with another color on the main cabinets can be such a beautiful color play that enhances the look and design of the space.

Below I compiled a list of the most inspiring kitchens with blue cabinets. The designs come in many different layouts, with different material compositions and in different shades of blue. Blue cabinets or a blue island complement well with white marble or stainless steel, which enhance the cool undertones of paint, while warm gold and wood tints tend to balance out the look and add warmth.

This beautiful shaker kitchen with navy blue cabinets and a blue kitchen island combines wonderfully with the thin white marble countertop and a low marble backsplash to finish things off. The upper area of the kitchen has been kept white for a light look that matches the light wood floor.

The stainless steel appliances enhance the cool undertones of the deep blue cabinets and the steel comes back in the subtle handles on the cabinets as well.

The brass comes back as a backsplash at the stove as well for a cohesive look.

The blue island completes the kitchen and other than holding the sink, you can also sit at the breakfast bar with two people. The flooring has been painted in Cornforth White by Farrow & Ball* which gives the space a light look and highlights the all-blue kitchen in a subtle way.

A blue kitchen island, stainless steel appliances, and limestone countertops

This beautiful Swedish home has a characterful blue kitchen with limestone countertops and a blue kitchen island that separates the kitchen from the living area in an elegant way. The limestone is also used as a backsplash and the stainless steel appliances cabinet handles and faucet add a clean and elegant touch to the space.

A light blue kitchen island in an all-white attic apartment

The blue kitchen island is the center of this living kitchen and also the biggest element in terms of layout. The walls have quite an awkward shape, yet the kitchen has been fitted in perfectly. The light blue kitchen island also serves as a separator between the dining area and the kitchen and I like that the back side of the blue kitchen island has open shelving for the most cherished porcelain pieces.

The stainless steel countertops match so nicely with the modern color palette of the kitchen and give it a clean look.

A blue kitchen with a vintage dining table

The blue kitchen in this Swedish home with stainless steel appliances, chrome handles and faucet, and white marble countertops has a very cool appearance, yet this is balanced out so nicely with the characterful vintage dining table and chairs that add such a warmth to the space.

Stained blue kitchen cabinets made out of oak

The stained oak upper cabinets in this beautiful kitchen create an interesting contrast with the lower cabinets in blue. The beautiful limestone countertop finishes it off nicely and connects the two-toned upper and lower cabinets together. The kitchen island is fully made out of the same limestone as the countertops and backsplash and I think the pendant lights with black detailing finish it all off perfectly.

Navy blue kitchen cabinets with white marble countertops and a kitchen island

This classy navy blue kitchen works so well in this turn-of-the-century space and complements the wall paneling and crown molding perfectly. The navy blue cabinets are finished off with white marble countertops and chrome hardware for a classy look with clean lines.

The kitchen modules are spread over one single wall, with a blue kitchen island in the middle, leaving ample space for a spacious dining table with beautiful Black Carl Hansen & Son Wishbone chairs on the other side.

Blue shaker cabinets and open shelving in the same color

The white walls and the warm wood herringbone flooring in this historic kitchen are contrasted by deep blue shaker cabinetry and chrome and black hardware. The white marble countertops make the transition from the cabinet color to the wall smoother and the deep blue open shelving on the wall is a great spot to add home design items on display.

A blue kitchen with butcher block countertops

The blue cabinets in this kitchen are finished off with a white tile backsplash and a light wood countertop material. Both the tiles and countertop contrast nicely with the dark cool undertones on the cabinets and the white farmhouse sink just seems to pop out of this beautiful setting.

18 Green kitchen ideas to take inspiration from

post

It’s always safe to go for a kitchen in a neutral color and I feel like white and grey are very often picked for exactly this reason. Green cabinets however look so interesting and characterful, yet they still have a calming effect and are a relatively safe color to opt for.

Below you can find my top picks of kitchens with green cabinets that I find most inspiring. From mint green to darker green, sage green, apple green, and even forest green, all shades are represented here. I recently made a compilation of my favorite kitchens with sage green cabinets as well, which you can find here.

Kitchens in green: my top green kitchen ideas and inspirations

Subtle green cabinets, dark-stained wood, and a subway tile backsplash

The beautiful kitchen features dark olive green cabinets in combination with brass handles, a brass faucet, and an oak countertop for a saturated look. The combination with the white tiles on the wall as a splashback however makes this kitchen look balanced and fresh.

I love that the white tiles are finished off with a trim in the same wood as the countertop, which has a nice effect. On the left side of the kitchen, dark green open shelving has been added and the Monstera plant here adds a fresh touch to this look.

A kitchen with green cabinets and a grey marble stone

This modern shaker kitchen has a wonderful combination of dark muted green cabinet fronts with chrome handles and a chrome faucet combined with a natural grey stone countertop that makes the effect of the green even more dramatic.

The subtle beige color on the wall makes the white upper cabinets stand out even better and I love the way the lighter palette on the top balances out the deep green of the bottom cabinets.

Soft green cabinets and white marble countertops

This fresh and minimal kitchen has cabinet fronts in a more muted and lighter shade of green, which has a more subtle and neutral effect on the space. The crisp white marble countertop and the chrome details in both the faucet and the handles brighten up this look and I love the subtle shade of beige on the wall.

No upper cabinets in this kitchen, instead a single open shelf to display pretty ceramics combined with a large module of storage on the other side which has been painted in a lighter shade of muted green so it doesn’t look too heavy.

Olive green cabinets and a limestone countertop

This olive green kitchen is the main component of a small studio home and it makes the entire space special. The deep green custom-made shaker fronts combined with a beige natural stone countertop are built perfectly into this small corner of the studio holding lots of storage space, yet without looking heavy, which is a challenging goal to achieve.

The green kitchen cabinets go from floor to ceiling for ample storage space in this studio home and for a seamless effect in the space and the black accents in the accessories finish the look off very nicely.

A green kitchen with two shades of cabinets and a shiplap backsplash

The vibrant green kitchen cabinets in this beautiful farmhouse-style kitchen are finished off with off-white upper cabinets, open shelving, a marble stone countertop, and a shiplap backsplash that has been painted in the same color as the upper cabinets.

The stainless steel appliances add a slight industrial touch to this otherwise very classic green kitchen design that matches the style of the building. This is one of my favorite green kitchen ideas on the list and probably also the most characterful one.

A classic green kitchen with a white marble sink and glossy green tiles

The green kitchen cabinets in this beautiful Swedish home feature a combination of different materials including a white marble sink, a glossy tiles wall in green, and brass details all over the green kitchen.

Just like in some of the other examples, some of the upper kitchen cabinets have been painted off-white for a lighter look, which is a great design decision especially if you are working with a darker shade of green.

A muted green kitchen with an off-white shiplap wall

This characterful green kitchen features muted green kitchen cabinets that combine so nicely with the dark wood countertop, yet creates a modern contrast with the white shiplap wall, white sink, white dining table and chairs, and the white open shelving on the wall.

The addition of green plants enhances the green color even more, which is a great tip to make a more muted green kitchen pop.

Minimal mint green kitchen cabinets and white marble countertops

This beautiful mint green kitchen has a very minimal design where the cabinet handles are integrated into the design of the mint green cabinets themselves. The white marble countertop, the white walls, and the minimal chrome faucet finish off this modern look very nicely.

Not that in this kitchen, the mint green cabinets are used on the bottom only on the side of the window, and all the higher cabinets are placed on one side of the room for a light look in the layout.

A forest green kitchen

Dark green might be a common color for a kitchen, yet forest green is a little less common and a bolder shade for a kitchen. This dark green shade works really well in this space though where the upper cabinets and range hood are picked out in white for a lighter look.

The forest green goes well with the warm hardwood floors, which also comes back in the butcher block countertops. This dark green color on the cabinets is very saturated, yet because of the combination of white and neutrals, the dark green becomes the sole focal point in the space, making the design interesting yet not overwhelming.

A quirky kitchen with mint green cabinets

The mint green cabinets in this small kitchen are matched with a lighter tone of green on the wall and a mint shade on the door and window frames for an impressive effect. The mint green kitchen is finished off with a stainless steel sink and faucet and a grey marble countertop for a rather minimal effect that has been finished off with interesting accessories.

The kitchen is not the only part of the home that has a mint green color, have a look at the entire apartment here.

Apple green kitchen cabinets with a subway tile backsplash

The apple green kitchen cabinets have such a fresh effect in this otherwise very minimal space with a subway tile backsplash reaching all the way up to the ceiling. The black accents in the lamps add a lovely contrast to the vibrant shade of green on the cabinets.

The green kitchen cabinets pair up really nicely with the texture of the natural stone countertop and the stainless steel cabinet handles. The subway tiles enhance the fresh effect the green cabinets have in the space and the kitchen island serves as a breakfast bar at the same time.

Muted green cabinets in a shaker design with gold hardware and stainless steel appliances

The muted, lighter green kitchen cabinets in this beautiful shaker kitchen are enhanced with gold handles, a gold faucet, and gold details in the lamps and stove. The white marble countertop and backsplash add a timeless elegance to the green kitchen design and the U-shaped layout is one that typically works well in smaller spaces.

A gray-green kitchen with a sandstone countertop

I love the shade of gray-green on the kitchen cabinets in this space and the fact that they have been combined with a gray sandstone countertop turns the layout into a sophisticated kitchen design.

The addition of the white vintage upper cabinet contrasts so nicely with the clean lines of the stone and the teal cabinets.

Muted green kitchen cabinets and a grey stone countertop

The green kitchen cabinets in this space are combined with chrome details and a grey natural stone countertop, yet it’s the simplicity of it all that really draws the attention. Rather than upper cabinets, this kitchen has subtle artworks that create contrast with the dramatic vibe of the kitchen itself.

A kitchen with green cabinets and beige countertops

The green creates a fresh yet calming atmosphere in this light flooded kitchen with white walls. The accent color of the kitchen cabinetry on the bottom of the kitchen layout really stands out against the beige countertops and the brass hardware.

Note that the upper cabinets and exhaust have been picked out in white to keep a light look in the interior.

A dark forest green shaker kitchen in a contrasting setting

This beautiful corner layout kitchen has a deep dark forest green cabinet color that contrasts nicely with the off-white walls and white trim on the ceiling. The white-soaped hardwood floors and the small white dining area complement the light backdrop that makes the dark kitchen stand out a lot.

The white marble countertops and the white subway tile backsplash brighten up the kitchen design even more and enhance the traditional setting of the shaker cabinets.
